If members of the current Democrat Party took over your state government, how do you think that they would change your state?
Well, you don’t have to wonder anymore. Sadly, Democrats swept the recent election in Virginia, and even though several of them campaigned as being moderates, as soon as they were in office, they dove head first into some of the worst legislation that you can imagine.
Since this is a site about firearms, we’ll only deal with the gun legislation.
But they’re pretty terrible already. The BlazeTV Staff give us the story:
“What a surprise. They have introduced bills now that will expand the sales tax base to include services like landscaping, gym memberships, vehicle repairs, food delivery, home repairs, raising the revenue beyond the traditional goods, the progressive income tax brackets,” [Glenn Beck] continues.

“They’re also trying to have a mandatory waiting period on gun purchases. A ban on leaving your gun unattended in your vehicle … also a state firearm purchaser licensing system. That sounds really good,” Glenn says.
“An 11% tax on ammunition and guns and civil liability for the gun industry participants for crimes committed using guns that they sold or built. Oh, OK, that’s really good,” he mocks.
Frankly, it’s many of the things that anti-2A zealots have been clamoring for for years. It’s all the terrible stuff that you would expect. It’s all of the legislation pushed without any real understanding of the issue (how to reduce gun violence).
Just like we always see from anti-2A people.
Now, sure, many of these bills will be tied up in lawsuits from the moment that they are passed and signed into law, but it’s infuriating that those kinds of bills are even being discussed in a nation which has the Second Amendment.
And if Democrats take control of your state’s government, it seems pretty likely that they’ll try something similar where you live, too.
Frankly, the American people deserve better.
Totally insane, the democrats bureaucrats want to take your guns so that you can never stop them in their attempts to manipulate America to the extreme left.
The constitution says “SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED”, S0 any law or rule made by the state, local or federal gov is not lawful because it infringes on the constitution and is therefore ILLEGAL!!!
The people that own guns in Virginia need to take control of the democrat people that want to screw them, it has to be done so that they wont ever try that again, rise up for the 2nd amendment rights now , it’s our God given right
I bet the people of Iran wished they had a 2nd Amendment right now!
