HYPOCRITE MUCH? You Won’t Believe What Protects Anti-2A Judge

One of the most consistently disgusting things that I see on a regular basis is the rampant hypocrisy of politicians and bureaucrats on the political left. It’s absolutely appalling.

And it’s on all kinds of subjects. For example, during the whole COVID situation, while people in California were being required to stay at home, not gather together, and mask at all times unless they were taking a bite of food, California Governor Gavin Newsom was busted getting together with friends, none of them masked, at an upscale restaurant that wasn’t open to anyone else but had opened only for this gathering.

And, then, there’s Nancy Pelosi who went to the hair stylist in violation of the COVID mandates in her state at that time.

And that’s just barely scratching the surface when it comes to the hypocrisy of the political left, on which nearly every anti-2A politician and bureaucrat stays.

Their attitude is “rules for thee but not for me.”

Infuriating.

And we have another example of the exact same thing, this time with a left-leaning justice on the Supreme Court of the United States. Jack Phillips writes,

A U.S. Marshal who was on a Supreme Court justice’s security detail shot an attempted carjacker last week, according to a charging document that was recently unsealed in a federal court.

On July 5 at around 1 a.m. Washington time, two U.S. Marshals who were wearing the federal agency’s clothing were sitting in an unmarked government vehicle, when a silver Toyota minivan stopped next to their vehicle. An individual later identified as Kentrell Flowers allegedly emerged from the Toyota van, approached the government vehicle, and pointed a gun directly at one of the marshals, who wasn’t identified.

According to the document, the marshal pulled out his firearm and fired several times at Mr. Flowers through the window, striking him “in the mouth” before he provided first aid to the suspect. The silver Toyota minivan then fled the scene and traveled northbound.

Phillips continues:

A spokesperson for the U.S. Marshals confirmed to The Epoch Times that the officers involved in the shooting “were part of the unit protecting the residences of U.S. Supreme Court justices.”

In this case, they were guarding the home of Justice Sonia Sotomayor who, sadly, seems to have taken every irrational and unconstitutional position on the Second Amendment that you can take, looking to disarm you and me who have committed no crimes (fortunately, she is on the minority on the Court currently when it comes to most gun issues).

Yet, she has an armed guard protecting her. But she wants to disarm you and me.

The hypocrisy is unbelievable. But it’s just par for the course with them.

  1. Seems to me that all of the ‘elites’ who want to force their world view on us mere mortals were at one time in their life plain old ordinary people like most of us. Yet they ‘feel’ that somehow they are more ‘important’ than us who are not privileged enough to have security details assigned to protect us. IOW we are responsible for our own safety/security.
OTOH, I’m not sure I would trust most of them with firearms, they frequently prove they are irresponsible with protecting our rights after all.

  2. Time to demand these judges follow the law and get rid of their armed protection! There is absolutely no reason they can’t call 911 like they tell our kids! As they work for us 1 We don’t work for them!
