Welcome to the world that those on the anti-2A side of the political aisle have given to us. A world in which words don’t mean anything remotely what they had just a few years ago, a world where violence is “justified” in their minds when they attack you to “protect” themselves from things that you’ve never done or even threatened to do. A world where we have to live with the very real dangers of an insane society that they created.
Now, does that all sound over the top to you?
I can understand if it might. But, then, I read about the story that we’re talking about here today, a story that reveals a very real threat to many, if not most, of the readers of this site. A threat to conservatives and Christians and, especially, conservative Christians. Chris Enloe writes,
The FBI has arrested a Michigan man for allegedly threatening to murder conservative Christians if Donald Trump wins the election.
In a press release, the Justice Department said the FBI National Threat Operations Center received “an anonymous online threatening submission” on Nov. 2.
That message promised to attack Christians:
I shall carry out an attack against conservative christan, [sic] filth in the event trump wins the election. I have a stolen ar15 and a target I refuse to name so I can continue to get away with my plans. Without a specific victim or ability to find the place I hid the gun, there’s not a thing the FBI can do until I complete the attack
This whole story is crazy enough.
And, then, you realize that the legacy mainstream propaganda machine media and other institutions in our country run by aggressive leftists have had decades to program many people into thinking that this kind of insanity is acceptable, into thinking that death threats and murderous actions against those who you have a disagreement with are ideas to be acted on.
Look at the “mostly peaceful” protests over the last few years which saw people killed and billions of dollars in damages and theft.
There is no moral high ground on their side even if they do think that they’re justified in attacking political conservatives and conservative Christians.
That won’t stop them from trying to do evil, though. And that’s why you absolutely must train regularly and carry your firearm daily: to protect your life and the lives of your loved ones from people who want to initiate violence like the guy we talked about above.
