Winning! What Trump Just Did To Biden’s Anti-2A ‘Office’ Will Make You Cheer

The first week of Donald Trump being in the White House again has been a whirlwind. Trump has issued quite a few executive orders, and his new administration has been making changes to the Federal government at breathtaking speed.

It’s been a beautiful thing to watch.

And one of my favorite actions that the new administration has taken has to do with the anti-2A “office” that Joe Biden put into place for the purpose of suppressing the Second Amendment rights of Americans.

I’ll bet that you’ll love this, too. Michael Clements writes,

Second Amendment advocates are celebrating, and gun control activists are decrying the apparent closing of the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention.

The Trump administration has not confirmed that the office, opened by an executive order from then-President Joe Biden in 2023, is closed.

The office’s website was down the day after President Donald Trump officially took office and remains inactive as of Jan. 23.

Boom! Right from the beginning, Trump is already dismantling Biden’s anti-2A agenda.

Of course, anti-2A activists and politicians were immediately weeping tears of anguish over… (gasp!)… Americans being able to defend themselves from criminals who ignore gun laws anyway. For example, Clements notes,

“While lives are stolen, this admin is busy signing executive orders that have nothing to do with helping families and keeping them safe,” [Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-Fla.), who helped secure funding for the office] said.

And gun control group Brady said that office wasn’t a political office and that they were just trying to save lives.

Never mind that the data, when actually viewed in context, shows that gun control, when it actually affects crime numbers, increases overall violence and murder rates.

Never cloud an emotionally-charged narrative with the facts and truth, right?

The rational, intelligent response to this, though? Again, from Clements:

“That office should have never existed, and President Trump is again proving his commitment to our Second Amendment rights,” Mark Oliva, Director of Public Affairs for the National Shooting Sports Foundation, told The Epoch Times.

Yes, that’s the right response. That office should have never been opened in the first place, especially at taxpayer expense, and Trump was right to close it.
