Just when you thought that the Biden administration couldn’t get any worse, when you thought that they wouldn’t/couldn’t do anything more to trample the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, they come up with something new.
It’s almost like they think that it’s their job to steal your rights and oppress you, and they go after that job with gusto.
We’re not talking today about any of the Biden scandals that you’ve likely already heard about (so no discussions of Hunter Biden, laptops, Ukraine, or the Chinese Communist Party in today’s story). No, it’s just as disturbing as any of those, and it could affect you directly.
So, what have they done this time? Emily Miller gives us details:
A Texas man who posted on Facebook that he was selling his own guns was placed under warrantless surveillance by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). The ATF investigated the man, found no evidence, yet gave his information to the FBI to monitor him for at least six months.
According to internal documents reviewed by The Epoch Times, two ATF special agents interviewed the Hispanic man who admitted to “advertising” his personal firearms for sale on Facebook. He stated that he had a “habit” of purchasing new guns, tinkering with them, losing interest, and subsequently selling them. The man told the agents that he never made a profit.
“I kept waiting for the part where ATF identified something illegal, and it never came,” Eric Olson, a lawyer for Gun Owners of America (GOA) told The Epoch Times. GOA obtained the records through its ongoing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the ATF and FBI. This production is more heavily redacted than the previous ten, with entire pages covered in black.
“They are monitoring this guy for doing what millions of other hobbyists do—selling part of their personal collection. That’s not a crime, but apparently ATF doesn’t like people turning over their guns at a high rate,” Mr. Olson said.
Miller continues:
This revelation is part of an ongoing, exclusive series about the unearthed program between the ATF and FBI using the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) to monitor individuals for mere “potential” violations of the law. NICS is a database of individuals prohibited from purchasing firearms due to felony convictions, drug use, domestic violence, and other disqualifications.
Every suspect that the ATF submits to the FBI’s “NICS Monitoring Services” is put on a daily, manual check for firearm sales for 30 to 180 days, with the option to renew surveillance unlimited times. A spokeswoman for the FBI said the NICS section declined to comment on whether the man is still being monitored.
So, guy posts of Facebook sometime in 2021 about selling a firearm. The ATF looks into it, finds no wrongdoing or illegal activity. That should be the end of it, right?
No, the ATF then sends the guy’s information to the FBI to watch him for months afterwards. What happened to the whole idea that there is such a thing as illegal searches (the Fourth Amendment) which is premised on the idea that if the government doesn’t have a reason to believe that you’ve broken the law (as in, you haven’t been observed breaking the law or other evidence shows that you did), then, they have to leave you alone and go do something useful (such as look for people that did actually break the law).
But neither the ATF or FBI did that. And, apparently, this has been an ongoing thing for several years.
The Biden administration doesn’t care about gun rights or any of your rights at all. They are simply a bunch of power mad zealots who want to micromanage the lives of everyday Americans and force you to tow the party line that they demand.
Both Mao and Stalin would be proud of Biden, and anyone who actually voted for Biden should be ashamed of themselves.

This is already happening in more states than is being mentioned. It is the beginning of the final phase to strip American Citizens of their legal rights and to disarm American Citizens.
So they can turn America into a Communist Nation. Where only the Government and Police and the Military has firearms .

Remember where I live, unless they want an American Flag draped over their coffin? They bess stay the fuck outta here where I’m at. They know better anyway. Even the police don’t even piss around. Besides, I have many homies keep watch. Everybody in the hood is armed to the teeth. And yes we go to the range and practise. We all look out for each other. We even have early sentinels. just in case they try to creep lol.
You just put yourself and your “homies” on the ATF’s and the FBI’s radar…..along with a few other alphabet soup agencies.
Best thing to do is keep a low profile and keep your mouth SHUT! JMHO.
Shit, everyone’s already on their “radar.” Buy locally in a private sale, NEVER at a gun store or pawn shop where they have to do paperwork. Organize on the QT and be ready to FIGHT.
