A RARE Moment Of Biden Telling The Truth About Gun Control

As you know, politicians on the anti-2A end of the political spectrum have a habit of not telling the truth about guns, gun safety, and the real effects of gun control. They omit information to make it look like gun control actually works, or they simply lie about it. Or, if we’re being charitable to them, they are simply ignorant of the truth, and Joe Biden is just another anti-2A politician when it comes to the subject of gun control (well, excerpt for the ignorance. He knows better.).

So, what do you do when you come across an anti-gun politician actually telling the truth about gun control? You make a note of it because you know that they’re just going to try to bury that statement so that it doesn’t come back to haunt them.

So, in that spirit of remembrance, here is what Sarah Al-Arshani writes,

President Joe Biden said the man who took four people hostage at a synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, on Saturday purchased his gun on the street.

Al-Arshani continues:

Biden added that while background checks are “critical” they don’t work when someone buys a gun off the street.

“But you can’t stop something like this if someone is on the street buying something from somebody else on the street.

So, let’s see, background checks are critical, but they don’t prevent criminals from getting their guns in ways that background checks would prevent? If the people who are going to use guns in illegal ways aren’t getting their guns in a way that gun control would prevent, then, how exactly, are background checks going to prevent criminals from getting guns for criminal use?

To the best of my knowledge, Biden hasn’t answered that. But these statements from Biden are worth remembering. Why? Lee Williams writes,

There are more than 20,000 gun laws on the books in the United States.

This is the first time Biden has admitted that more anti-gun laws may not stop criminals from committing crimes.

Here’s a note for Biden: more gun laws won’t prevent criminals from getting guns because criminals don’t tend to get their guns in legal ways.

  1. Hey Caleb no mater what side is in the White House, gun control will continue to be an issue that we will all have to deal with. While WE have all known for years that background checks don’t stop criminals from getting guns. It only acts as a way to control how many guns are out in the public domain. Hell, in the Police State of NJ you can’t even get a damn permit In any less than 6 months. By then anyone hoping to get a gun to defend themselves may be dead! And you can’t even get a permit to carry unless you are law enforcement! No wonder so many illegal guns are on the street!!!! Look at Philadelphia. If I had to live in a city that I could be shot for no reason at all, I would sure as hell but a gun on the street before waiting weeks or months for the Buecratic red tape to screw me over!!!!

  2. At any time any body wants a gun when they get it from the gangs you let in. 450 gangs in California. And every big towns!
The difference is the real people do training, accurate , lawyers training,
Stripping a pistol and proper care!
The gangs don’t care but owners care
To use the weopens the right way.
With the protection of our lives and
Property. The haters in DC could care less! With our leaders letting the cartels, pedophiles, drug runners.
    Taliban. Isiss, and now Iranians!
    Evidently your paying the judges
Paid off and alot of people and whose
Slap their hands, and let them go back on the streets!
Your money isn’t stopping the bad people. Police. Military, and about any
Body is guards, but our leaders is going to turn the bad people.
I wrote a letter that an individual here
Was bringing a grudge and was going
    To kill somebody in DC!

  3. I served in the Army for 10 years protecting the Rights of WE THE PEOPLE! Armed citizens is one of the best factors that have kept this Country from being invaded. This would be the largest ARMY IN THE WORLD! Hun control laws are an infringement on the 2nd Amendment, it’s just that simple. Registration to buy a gun is ANOTHER INFRINGEMENT if you get down to the nuts and bolts on the matter. People that want a gun will find a way to get one no matter what.
