New Gun Ownership Report Scares The Sh#t Out Of Joe Biden

If there’s one thing that anti-2A people hate, it’s the idea of not being able to control other people’s lives. Sure, they tend to say that all they’re trying to do is to protect people and to save lives, but the results of what they propose just keep proving that to be a lie.

No, it’s pretty clear that they have a different motivation for pushing gun control, and a new report came out that has anti-2A zealots like Joe Biden and his entire administration running to the toilet to keep from soiling themselves (hat tip to here for the lead).

What does this report say that has Biden and company so terrified? Paul Bedard gives us the details:

A surge in “quiet gun owners,” much like the so-called “silent majority” in political circles, is leading firearms analysts to believe that far more Americans own weapons than the accepted 30% cited in polls.

At the highest end, it’s possible that up to 60% of Americans own guns, especially with the pandemic-era rise in gun buying among women and minorities, especially in suburban and urban areas.

Bedard continues:

[J.D. Tuccille] also wrote in Reason, “With gun ownership becoming increasingly common beyond the traditional ranks of white suburban-to-rural men, there are big implications for politics and policy. New gun owners will certainly resist proposals to strip them of self-defense tools they acquired out of necessity.”

He continued, “They’re also likely to resent restrictive policies that urban, left-of-center politicians promote to torment gun owners once assumed to be safe targets, but which apply to anybody who owns firearms no matter where they live and vote. Basically, the gun-ownership landscape is growing and changing, but new owners are even more reticent than established ones about revealing their existence to researchers and government officials.”

So, significantly more than half of all Americans likely own guns, now, and, with FBI statistics stating that, at least, 48 million guns have been sold in the last four years in the U.S., it’s pretty clear that Biden’s worst nightmare is happening.

Biden’s anti-gun rhetoric not only means that he will have less ability to intimidate Americans into submission with the threat of government force, but it also means that his plans to push gun control as a (supposedly) winning issue in 2024, is almost certainly a losing decision.

So, Joe is having to run to the toilet while you and I can celebrate because more and more Americans are deciding to exercise their right to keep and bear arms.

  1. As more and more New Jersey residents who never were familiar with firearms are now purchasing, or considering the purchase of a firearm to protect themselves and their families, most are shocked at the many roadblocks or hoops they have to jump through, that the Democrats have lied to them by saying that all those laws would “make them safer”, when all they did was infringe on the rights of law-abiding citizens. Law-breaking criminals never would let another law get in their way, and THEY are actually safer, since the chance of running into armed resistance to their crimes is diminished (ESPECIALLY IN GUN-FREE ZONES). NJ has recently moved to make virtually everywhere in NJ a “gun-free zone” (take that, you ordinary people! Call 911, get in line, and possibly die; the police will be there eventually to take your statement or photograph your body, but thank goodness, no harm befalls the perpetrator! We wouldn’t want the citizens taking the law into their own hands, would we? As the politicians(TYRANT WANNABES) shout “VIGILANTES!”. (That has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it?) It must have, since they’ve been using it for years! It’s never been true that a crime victim thwarting, or causing harm to a criminal who was the one starting the chain of events, could be considered a “vigilante”!
In this next election coming up, and all those after it, it is way past time to CLEAN HOUSE of ALL the ones who would not, as they have promised in their oaths of office, “protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America”. This includes the Bill of Rights, especially the Second Amendment, which ensures the safety of all the rest!
VOTE WELL, AND PROSPER (with apologies to Mr. Spock on Star Trek; I had to lighten it up a bit!)

  2. I have long been of the opinion that any New Jersey resident who reaches the age of 50 without having a criminal history conviction in New Jersey or any other state should automatically be granted The Right to Carry (RTC). Prior to that age, the current permitting process should stay in effect. This would give some incentive to others to obey the laws and avoid the loss of this State granted privilege when they reach 50 years. It is a simple grant akin to being able to fish without a license when a person reaches 65. Any person contemplating an act of robbery or assault against a person with obvious age on their person would, hopefully make the. perpetrators think twice considering the fact their intended victim or any other senior citizen nearby could be armed.

    • The 2nd Amendment states the unalienable right to keep and bear arms, and the Constitution guarantees that the government will not infringe or try to nullify it. Rights that are granted (as you say in your post) can be taken away. By the way, you then call it a state-granted privilege. So which is it? I prefer the one I stated above: an unalienable right, which is what it is in the language of the Constitution. This may sound like semantics to you, but I guarantee you it is not. Believe me, the lawyers and politicians of New Jersey are clear about their language. Be clear about yours and don’t cede them a single particle of your unalienable right.

      • First of all the Government did not grant you that right >>GOD DID<< THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS IS A GOD GIVEN RIGHT LETS TAKE OUR RIGHTS BACK FROM THE POLITICIANS WHO NEVER FOUGHT FOR THIS COUNTRY AND NEVER WOULD??VOTE THEM OUT OF OFFICE???

  3. If you count all those that bought 80 percent arms with cash and built their own or had them built by anonymous experts then you are looking at a much higher rate of gun ownership.

  4. the last I heard NJ. was still part of the United States and the citizens have a right to protect themselves. If you are old enough to protect and die for your country you are old enough to protect your family.

  5. To Doc Charles Sr. I agree with your positions and assumptions. That is the way NJ USED to be long, long ago! I lived there for 55 of my 75 years, and used to love the state. However, starting with Govs. Brendan Byrne and Jim Florio, the state became more expensive and oppressive than I could take. You now have a DUTY TO RETREAT, rather than a right to protect yourself, and you will have a better chance of being convicted for “taking the law into your own hands”, than the criminal perpetrator (probably would only get a small sentence, or probation, if they survive) if they don’t, you can be charged with murder (you could have jumped out that second-story window, and run away, after all). With those crazy laws and the whole situation getting untenable, I availed myself of MY DUTY TO RETREAT twenty years ago, and moved out of NJ. I have never been happier since then, but my regrets are that some friends and family I left behind are still living there!

  6. I don’t know if anyone noticed, but Joe Biden looks like he’s doped up to the high heavens in that top photo. That must be his normal state, someone caught on camera by accident !
