Some TV hosts clearly don’t have their heads screwed on straight. They say bizarre things, things that simply don’t make any sense, and with a hardline politically left viewpoint (maybe I’m being redundant here).
In other words, they sound like Joe Biden talking about needing to ban “assault weapons.”
One MSNBC host, though, is consistently towards the top of the list for absurd, nonsensical statements such as her recent statement about the 4th of July. Understandably, you may be thinking that she was bad-mouthing the founding fathers and the 4th of July, and it wouldn’t surprise me if she does that quite a bit, too. But, no, her silly take on celebrating the 4th of July is something far stranger. Carlos Garcia writes,
A liberal MSNBC host said she was too scared of the proliferation of guns in the U.S. to go outside of her home on the Fourth of July.
Joy Reid made the comments on her show, “The Reidout” Wednesday while talking about gun control with former firearms industry executive Ryan Busse.
“I have to say, I did not go out on July Fourth and would not,” she said to Busse.
“The idea of going to a mass gathering, a parade, or a big fireworks thing outside seems insane to me, to be blunt, in America, because America is awash with guns, and now people don’t just have them, they seem to want to shoot people with them and use them for whatever, you know?” she added.
Now, maybe that thinking makes sense when she is living in her Manhattan apartment. After all, most major cities in the U.S. are run by gun control supporting mayors, and the violence in those cities is outrageously high.
But outside of her bubble, in the rest of the country where guns are common, violence, including gun violence, is much lower than in cities with strict gun control.
But, hey, if she wants to live in places where people like her vote for people that keep them from living their lives, protecting themselves, and exercising their freedoms, then, she’s welcome to do that.
What she isn’t welcome to do is to try to force the rest of us, the sane people, to turn where we live into violent wastelands, too.

She’s just another useful idiot that spouts the lefts propaganda without a second thought and probably not even a first.
I am 70 (nearly), female, 3d generation military and a Southerner. My Dad, my uncles, and my husband, owned guns. I own guns, my son owns guns, my brothers own guns, in fact every man I know, owns guns. And NONE OF US HAS EVER SHOT AT ANYONE WITH THEM! And the only way anyone would get shot by any of us, is to try and harm us or anyone we love. Down here we hunt with them and eat what we hunt. Tell that silly woman that there would be NO 4TH OF JULY TO CELEBRATE, if our forefathers had been unarmed by the damn British!

Maybe she shouldn’t go out of the house with that dress – and the shoes don’t help either. Surely with the money she makes she could do much better than that.
Guns are not the problem its the confused ( people with no morals ) people that are using them ,,,

She needs to realize the issue. It’s not the citizens that have legally acquired their firearms. It’s the criminals that clearly aren’t going to give up their guns. They don’t care who they harm, but when they are caught or killed using them, their mommy’s will cry on tv saying ( oh, my son/daughter was such a good person and would never do anything the police are claiming. That the police/citizen targeted them.) I too live in a state that wants no guns. They aren’t going to get guns from criminals, but are going to make this state a state that citizen’s will be afraid to go outside since only criminals will have protection.
