Today we have a particularly disturbing story to talk about, so, I’ll start with the forewarning that this one isn’t for the squeamish. There is a point to be made from all of this, though, so, if you have the stomach, read on.
What we’re talking about today is a story out of Wisconsin where a teen is alleged to have killed his parents.
That’s awful enough as it is. The details of the story, though, and the bigger picture point to a real sickness in parts of society. Jacob Burg writes,
In a federal affidavit that was filed in March in the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Wisconsin and obtained by The Epoch Times on April 13, FBI investigators outlined the investigation into Nikita Casap, accused of killing his mother, Tatiana Casap, and stepfather, Donald Mayer, in their Waukesha home in February.
Nikita is facing nine felony charges, including two counts of first-degree homicide and two counts of hiding a corpse, according to Waukesha County court records.
Both parents appear to have been killed using a firearm.
Here’s the thing about this story: these kinds of sick actions are the kinds of things that left-leaning political zealots (who are typically the same ones calling for gun control) want to blame on Trump supporters and on legal gun owners.
But there are even more details which would make it hard for anti-2A activists to use this case as a bludgeon to push gun control. Burg continues:
Authorities are also pursuing three federal charges related to conspiracy, use of weapons of mass destruction, and presidential assassination, the affidavit says.
And why did he want to allegedly kill Trump? Because the alleged shooter’s manifesto indicated that he self-identified with Nazi ideology. Also, from Burg:
“The document appears to be the manifesto referenced by @accelerationist, in the messages with the unknown user in the above paragraph, calling for the assassination of the President of the United States in order to foment political revolution in the United States and ’save the white race‘ from ’Jewish controlled’ politicians,” the affidavit reads.
The third page contained images of Adolf Hitler with the text “HAIL HITLER HAIL THE WHITE RACE HAIL VICTORY.”
So, to sum it up, this kid (he’s 17 years old) is alleged to have shot and killed both of his parents, stole their car, cards, and money, and was planning on killing the President for the purpose of starting a Nazi revolution in the U.S.
This is simply one of the sickest and strangest stories that I’ve read in a long time.
But remember, the anti-2A zealots keep calling us, peaceful legal gun owners, “Nazis.”
Personally, I doubt there is any widespread and organized Nazi revolution, but if one comes, you can bet that I won’t be siding with the Nazis in that fight. I’ll be siding with keeping America free for all people of all ethnicities who want to live in peace and freedom.
And you shouldn’t buy the lie either. Political leftists are the ones chanting for “death to Jews” and calling for a totalitarian government. They’re the ones cutting off ties to parents over differences in political opinions. They’re the ones advocating for violence and for trying to take away the Second Amendment from peaceful Americans.
The political left (who, you’ll remember, are anti-2A) are the ones pushing for Nazism while they keep accusing us of their own sins.
Don’t ever forget who the bad guys in the gun conversation are.
